SUSAN MCCALL, CCIM IS THE OWNER AND DESIGNATED BROKER OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONNECT, LLC IN MESA ARIZONA. SHE HAS BEEN A COMMERCIAL BROKER SINCE 2002; HONING HER SKILLS AND MARKET KNOWLEDGE IN THE VARIOUS DISCIPLINES OF THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE MARKET. As a Commercial Real Estate generalist she has mastered traditional arenas such as Retail, Industrial, Multi-family, Office and Commercial Land as well as specialty properties like Religious Institutions and even an Arizona Winery. The most prestigious designation in Commercial Real Estate is CCIM, which Susan earned in 2011. She started at RE/MAX Alliance group as a residential agent in 2003 and earned the distinction of being ‘Rookie of the Year”, soon discovering her true passion was in commercial real estate. To best serve her clients, Susan completed all the designations offered by the Commercial Real Estate Institute and started working exclusively in the Commercial arena. In 2007, she joined NAI Horizon as a focused health care specialist. After 2 years at NAI Horizon in the same discipline, Susan moved to US Preferred Realty to become the Commercial Division Director. Susan was able to broaden her focus across various disciplines during this time. Susan also formed her commercial team “Commercial Property Connect” during this period. After 4 years she and her team returned to RE/MAX Commercial within RE/MAX Alliance Group and Susan was named their Commercial Director. Susan became the #1 Commercial Broker in the RE/MAX Southwest Region 2 years in a row.
In 2017 Susan decided it was time to open her own firm COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONNECT, LLC; and her team accompanied her. Hands down the one thing that Susan does different, and is the secret to her success is her proprietary process known as an “Intentional Search”. This is an algorithm that allows Susan to identify the details needed to do a better job finding the perfect solution for her client.

LINDA BRINGS OVER 30 YEARS OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE THROUGHOUT THE METRO PHOENIX AND LAS VEGAS AREAS. SHE CARRIES AN ACTIVE LICENSE IN BOTH ARIZONA AND NEVADA. Linda received her CCIM designation in 2008. For 10 years she was a board member of Central Arizona CCIM Chapter and chair of the education and legislative committee. Her CCIM designation and extensive background in commercial lease analysis, provides her with the skills to meaningfully analyze, negotiate and close deals on behalf of her clients.
Linda has worked at Avison Young since 2016. Linda also worked with GPE Commercial Advisors, ROI Properties, Coldwell banker Commercial Metro Central, and Logan Commercial Advisors. Her past clients include a variety of industries, including staffing, hospitality medical, legal, and political. Linda previously worked for a company that specialized in the disposition of bank owned assets as well as investment sales.
As a partner at Corporate Lease Analysis, Inc. in Scottsdale, Linda provided commercial office lease analysis to evaluate inconsistencies between lease charges and square footage occupied. She furnished clients with detailed findings and assisted in all phases of remediation. She successfully recovered and secured future rent deductions for several public agency and private sector clients.
